‘Emotionally-based school avoidance’ – a term describing children and young people who have severe difficulty in attending school due to emotional factors – has a profound impact on individuals, families and schools. This online course, delivered by professionals from the Educational Psychology team, will explore the most up to date research and guidance around supporting individuals who display EBSA, and include training on best practices for facilitating a return to school.
