A grievance can arise in any setting, but do you know what do to if one arises? This workshop will provide you with the knowledge you need to manage the grievance process, ensuring you comply with the grievance policy and ACAS best practice. The workshop is delivered by the Consultancy & Advisory team and will give you the skills to effectively manage grievance cases.
