Charges for Schools	BC Payroll	Non-BC Payroll
Annual Teachers’ Pay and Pensions Service Due to VA/Foundation schools being their own employer this requires separate assessment and submission to the Pensions Regulator an additional charge of £53 applies	£53 annual administration fee (Included in payroll package price) £53 annual fee for VA/Foundation schools	£106 annual administration fee

Maintained schools using an external payroll provider must ensure that the data/returns are made accurately and within the agreed timeframes. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for any work undertaken by the BC Pensions Team and to pass on any fines incurred as a result of late or inaccurate data provision.
