The annual Teachers Pay and Pensions Employers Service Package is a fully managed pensions administration package available for purchase when an academy or MAT uses BC for payroll services:

A monthly report is generated by TP via their secure on-line portal of updates for teachers who need to transfer over to the new 2015 Pension Scheme. For Academies using Bucks payroll, this will be processed when the reports are received. For Academies using an external payroll provider, the changes will be sent to the Academy which will have to make arrangements with their payroll provider to ensure that the changes are implemented |

Produce the MDC report for Academies that use the BC payroll system. This information is put into a format compatible with TP requirements. Once finalised the return is then submitted to TP via the online secure Portal by the deadline of 7the th of each month (or earlier if the 7th is a non-working day). The data is used by TP to update teachers’ individual records. This process replaces the Annual Service Return. For academies using an external payroll provider, the information will be required by the last working day of each month which will allow the team time to carry out the initial checks of the data before final submission to TP by the 7th of each month (or earlier if the 7th is a non-working day) |
