The Schools Technical Support Team is committed to providing services to help schools to make effective use of Information Communication Technology across their Curriculum and Admin network(s). As a central service, we have the advantage of greater purchasing power and through economies of scale can offer competitive prices and value for money whilst delivering an efficient and effective service.
Our Whole School service means that we will work with your entire IT infrastructure and incorporate all the School’s software systems and applications i.e. curriculum software, cashless catering, sign-in & visitor management and broadband providers, at no extra charge.
The prices (Subject to VAT) below are for the ongoing whole school support service which includes both Technical and MIS support (SIMS or Arbor) for the period April 2022 to March 2023 purchased through Commercial Services.
The price of the Technical Support package covers the support of the school’s Curriculum devices, including ICT suites. Support of the schools Admin devices (i.e. School office devices) is covered in the price of the MIS (SIMS or Arbor) & Financial Systems support package, including 50GB RBUSS+ backup and the upgrade service.
