Termination notice period

Term:

This package will be for the duration of one year, commencing on 1^st April and ending on 31^st March. Any unused credits cannot be credited, but more credits can be purchased throughout the year.

Termination

You may terminate the Contract prior to the expiry of the Term or Renewal Period by giving 3 months’ notice If no notice is given then the customer shall be liable for the full annual fee.

Either party may terminate the Contract if the other party commits a material breach, or series of breaches resulting in a material breach, of the Contract and such breach is not remediable or is not remedied within 30 days of written notice requiring that party to do so.

In order to provide notice of termination, a letter/email from the Headteacher is required, on letter headed paper, notifying of the school wishes to terminate the contract including outlined reason for discontinuing.
