Termination Notice Period
Last updated:Termination of a Support packages requires three months’ notice:
- The initial term of the contract shall be one year from 1st April 2023 - 31st March 2024
- Either party may terminate by giving at least 90 days (three months) written notice to the other party to be effective at 31st March.
- If a school does not wish to renew the annual contract, they must give notice to terminate by the 31st December, which gives the three months required notice to 31st March; the end of the initial term.
Notice must be given by the Head Teacher or School Business Manager and sent to the ICT Schools Team Manager.
