Whole School Support

Our Whole School support package combines the support of the school’s Curriculum devices, including ICT suites and the school’s Admin devices (i.e. School office devices). This means that your School’s entire IT infrastructure is managed by the same provider and where 95% of issues are resolved remotely; removing the inconvenience and frustration of waiting until the next scheduled
visit by a technician. Any issues that cannot be resolved remotely will result in a same day visit by one of the technical support team.

Schools software systems and applications i.e. curriculum software, cashless catering, sign-in & visitor management and broadband providers supported, at no extra charge.

Bursar and Admin Support Service

The ICT Schools Team have a team of experienced Bursars and Admin support staff who can provide on-site support on a pay as you use basis. Our skilled team come from a school background,
with real hands-on experience; they are able to work ‘as a member of the school’ completing day to day tasks or carrying out larger projects, as the schools request.

Visits can be arranged for any period of time that you may require. You may like to consider purchasing Bursar Service support in the following circumstances:

• If a member of your staff is absent for a protracted length of time
• You have a new member of staff who may benefit from on-site support and guidance.
• If you have a post that you are waiting to fill
• If you would like periodic support for project work

Ad Hoc Consultancy and Support Visits

• Audit of Arbor deployment and its use in the school
• Development in specific areas such as assessment, performance analysis or attendance.

• Analysis of effective data handling
• Technical support from the Schools Technical Support Team

SIMS Hosted Solution

This service removes SIMS, FMS and Discover onsite school-based servers, and where you can access your data securely anytime and from anywhere with an internet connection using devices supporting Windows, Android, Chromebooks, Macbook or Apple iOS.
