Schools Finance Systems Support

The Schools Finance Systems Support Team is committed to providing day to day support services to both Maintained and Academy schools in the following areas:

Telephone support and email support for queries and advice
Remote assistance
A comprehensive training schedule
Consultancy visits and Bursar support service to cover periods of absence or induction of new Bursars and Business Managers
Provision of user-friendly guides on end of year procedures and statutory returns

Our highly experienced team have worked in schools and have a depth of understanding of the school environment. Schools have one single point of contact for initial communication through to resolution and as a result, have the confidence in us to assist them at all times.

Our service desk is staffed throughout the year from 8.30 am-5.00 pm (4.00 pm on Fridays) - 01296 383500 Option 2

FMS/PS Financials support is included in SIMS Support Packages
