Public Service Network (PSN) provides school and academies with an internet connection that is fast, reliable, and ensures the safety of your pupils while online. The service is split into packages allowing flexibility and delivering a variety of speeds depending on your location.
Whole School Technical Support
The Schools Technical Support team offers an annual support package that provides a service to both assist your school to implement a digital education platform and also to provide ongoing support for the schools remote learning environment including the support of the schools Microsoft 365 Email infrastructure.
MIS and Financial Systems Support Services
MIS Support and Financial Systems Support Services are provided by the ICT Schools Team. We offer assistance on SIMS, including our new SIMS Hosted Solution, Arbor, FMS, PS Financials and PFM. Training currently includes webinars, trainer-led courses and remote assistance workshops; packages also include technical support for admin devices purchased through Buckinghamshire Council (excluding Secondary Schools).
