We are the not for profit trading arm of Buckinghamshire Council and we provide a wide range of high-quality and affordable professional support services to schools, academies, multi-academy trusts, charities, local authorities and the private sector in Buckinghamshire and beyond. Unlike private companies we do not have shareholders or owners to pay; income generated from the provision of services goes directly back to the council to support our residents and businesses.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, value-for-money services, which we deliver through our skilled and experienced staff, following Buckinghamshire Council's’ core values:
We are transparent. Our budgets and our spending are available for review and as a member-led organisation, we are accountable to our locality for how we spend those budgets.
We are local. Our staff live and work in and around Buckinghamshire. We understand the wide range of issues and challenges that different parts of the county face and work holistically with teams across the council to deliver tailored services.
Your outcomes are our outcomes. We aim to support all our customers by providing the services, skills, and experience needed to deliver high-quality services, allowing you to focus on your strategic objectives.
We want the best for Buckinghamshire. We put our customers at the centre of everything we do and we are always working hard to improve our services, ensuring that they continue to provide great outcomes.
We have the experience. With extensive knowledge and understanding across a wide range of professional services, we aim to give you peace of mind by ensuring that you remain ahead of legislation, up to date with best practice and well supported when you need assistance.
