High Ash School - 2020

We have fully utilised our Apprenticeship Levy funding to support the upskilling of two members of staff. This is the first time that we have offered apprenticeships at school and we redesigned two Teaching Assistant positions to allow them to both work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools. Both TAs were already experienced in their roles but this apprenticeship is giving them the opportunity to further upskill whilst on the job.
